  • 4 cups milk (preferably 2% or whole milk)
  • 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1-2 tbsp honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch sea salt

  1. In a saucepan, mix the milk, cacao powder, syrup or honey to taste (1-2 tsp to start), vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whisk together until smooth.

Pro Tip: Stir this one family-style in a soup pot on your stove to offer a cozy welcome drink to warm up your guests.

Pro Tip II: Invite your guests to bring their favorite mug over. Don’t we all love the way our happiest mug makes us feel?

Stir them, shake them up, and have yourself a wonderful time. Whether mixing these at home or with friends for an alternative to alcohol, these give you the feel of a celebratory drink…without the aftermath of a headache.
