Easy DIY decor for drinks

Ice, ice baby

You know those times you go to a party and the little details are just astounding? If you don’t, well, you’re in the right place because we have the eye for detail that you need. That, or your friends hosting are down on the detail game too. Regardless, our tricks show you that hosting does not need to be impeccably perfect. Beauty is in the details. We make the details simple.

For a drink garnish that will alleviate any stagnant party convo, make these ice cubes for your next gathering. They’re not hard - just allow time to freeze.

What you need:

  • Filtered water
  • Ice cube trays—check out these unique shapes:
  • Decor options:

A few of our favorite herbs:

Tricks to make your custom cubes:

  1. Place garnish in each ice cube section.
  2. Top with filtered water.
  3. Freeze.

Complicated. We know. But oh so effective in your cocktail or mocktail!

*For decor that are heavier or sink (typically the fruits)—we add an extra step to make sure the ice cubes hold their shape.

  1. Fill ice cube sections ⅓ full with filtered water.
  2. Freeze.
  3. Drop a fruit on top of each ice section.
  4. Fill each section with water to the top,
  5. Freeze.

Impress your guests. Treat yourself. Make your afternoon cold refresher a little extra special. Cheers!
